Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 10 days of class, you will receive a full refund minus $25 administration fee. If you cancel less than 10 days before class, you will receive a full refund minus $100 cancellation. This is because I need to know the class size; I am usually charged for tables, matts, etc. It makes it difficult for me when I don't know the class size :)

Missed Class Policy for Students desiring certification

Students are allowed to miss 4 days of class per year. The information in the class can be made up via audio and DVD recordings. You will still be responsible for full payment.

Recording

Audio and DVD recording is not allowing unless previously granted permission from Lisa VanOstrand.

Other Information

Some parts of the classes may not be taught by Lisa VanOstrand. If some of your class will be taught by other authorized instructors, you will be notified in advanced.

Lisa VanOstrand has the right to determine if it is appropriate for any particular student to be in Medical Qigong training. In the event, a student is asked to leave class, a full refund will be given.
